Battlefield 4’s multiplayer fascination comes in the form of Squads. Here in Battlefield 4 mulitplayer mode, players can group together Squads, which consists of 4 soldiers. In Battlefield 4, Squads will allow players to work closely together in groups to complete mission objectives in any Battlefield 4 Game Mode being played in mulitplayer. How to Use Squads in Battle Field 4:

In most of the Battlefield 4 game modes, you will be allowed to spawn Squads at their base, on an objective, or at one of the main Squad mates. Doing this will work to your team’s advantage–when trying to reach an objective and not having to go far distances.

Field Upgrades with Battlefield 4 Squads:

Field Upgrades in Battlefield 4 is a new customization for Squads; it typically involves the all around Squad play.One each path it will unlock from level 1-to-level 4. You will perform Squad actions like repairs, healing, and following various orders.

But one your entire squad has been killed, you will lose some progress you’ve made.

In playable kits – Assault, Engineer, Support, and Recon you will have four different career upgrades to choose from. And two of them can be used with any kit. One will focus on Offense, and the other will focus on Defence. With Field Upgrades, you can choose a new path any time you want on the battlefield, as well as other Kit choices. Changing upgrades, squads, or kits will never affect your current progress level.

How to be a Battlefield 4 Squad Leader:

For every Squad in Battlefield, there will be one Squad Leader. The Battlefield 4 Squad Leader will make decisions for their entire Squad. These decisions will include attacking, defending, and other objectives. You can use the spot menu to mark various objectives that must be attacked or defended. Each objective will be marked Green. Squad players that hang around that mark will receive additional points.

Squad Leaders are also responsible for the Commanders. When a Commander is doing poorly, Squad Leaders can vote as a team to kick-out the Commander.
