A tiny baby Pudu was born at the New York City Zoo on May 12th. The fawn weighed only 1 pound at birth, although his cuteness weighs far more. Pudu are the smallest kind of deer in the world. They typically grow to be only about one foot in height and about 25 pounds. As you can see from the pictures, mama Pudu is just as cute as the baby! This baby Pudu makes the third on display in the Queens Zoo.
