Someone’s having a nice fried chicken dinner tonight!

In this video a Fox News TV Reporter is reporting outside of a prison about a prison worker in an escape case arrest. As she is speaking you can see a man in the background with a bag walking across the street. The man walks over to the prison wall, then somebody lowers a rope and pulls the bag up. He then walks back across the street and disappears. And people wonder how people sneak stuff into prison!
